PressurePros 249 Report post Posted September 4, 2006 Is this a subjective feeling or did you actually put a pressure guage in-line with the right nozzle and test it? It could also be something as simple as worn nozzles. Get a new nozle on there that will give you your rated psi, plumb in your pressure guage and se if you get what you are supposed to be getting. If not, you may need to rebuild your pump.
One Tough Pressure 580 Report post Posted September 4, 2006 Shawn, After 3 years of use, you can readily expect the machine to lose pressure in one way or another. As Ken said, it may be as simple as a worn nozzle, but you may also have leaks in a hose or connection, a clogged filter if you use the hp ones, a worn unloader, slipping belts, or low engine rpm.
