Guys I have to agree with Tony.

I had heard the same things about Mobil 1.

Can't use until after break in.

Went to their site. There is NO mention of this what so ever on any of the product data sheets.

Porsche has approved it for all their cars.]

Stock oil for Corvette

Approved by Opel, Chrysler ect,

Approved for motorcycle use.

Used in ALL Indy cars.

These are facts not hear say.

To add to the oil debate, when your breaking in the motor you want to use a petroleum based oil (not synthetic). the reason being that the petroleum in the oil will cause the gaskets to swell and seal properly. This is why every motor I have ever seen has come from the factory with a petroleum based oil. After the first oil change its pretty safe to run synthetic unless your manufacturer says not to.
