Announcing The Grime Scene Chat

Hello Everyone,

We're please to announce the launch of The Grime Scene's latest feature, our online chat module. It is our hope that this feature will provide our members with yet another means of communicating and learning.

Up on the button bar there is a Calendar button. Our members can schedule chats they wish to hold, by placing them in the calendar. When I see a calendar item, I'll email members and let them know about your chat, so others can join in. Please be specific in your topic.

As an update....we encourage all vendors to schedule chats. There is no fee for this.

To do this, simply:

1. add your topic to the calendar to book your time

2. place a thread in the appropriate forum. We suggest doing this between 3-5 days before the event. Even longer if you can.

3. remind people via the "shout box" (water cooler) about the event the day before and the day of the meeting. This is the responsability of the chat host.
