How to fix a pressure washer pump? Water in pump oil-

Question

I have a pressure washer, with a Comet 5.6 gpm pump and 13 hp Honda rengine. It is getting water in with the oil, making it milky.I always had my machines fixed professionally, but i'm retired [80% :) ] and my son does most of the work. I'd like to start doing more of the repairs myself.I have done many others, but never on a pump. Got any directions for me? :)I appreciate being a new member of this fine group!

Water in the oil is an indication that your seals ore bad. Start by removing the head of the pump to diagnose the problem. It could be bad seals, cracked ceramic pistons or a bad oring on the piston bolt. More than likely it is the seals though. Feel free to call if you need help.
