need help

Question

Hi all hope everyone had a great new year. I have been offered a pw job by my attorney to wash 3 rental properties of his that are side by side, they all have decks and all need to be finished, i'm hoping to use ready seal, anyway thats not what i need help with he also has 3 2story office building for me to wash i' haven't seen yet but in general what is the proper way to estimate this? and what chems on brick that won't really hurt windows? i've never done a brick building b4 so this will be my biggest job yet. thanks just want generalities on this......

Brick use your regular house wash & prewet the brick. Rinse windows well. If theres black mold in the mortar use a little pressure. just make sure the brick isnt sand faced

Brick is usually no big deal. do a test spot if you feel the need.

Bump Bump just helps the thread come back to life. I just noticed it was getting way down the list with no answer. There is a minimum wording for posting and that is all I could think of with no sleep. Just didn't want you to get lost in the pile
