I need to know what to offer for a used PW.

It is a North Star, honda 13hp, 3500psi, 3.5 gpm, CAT pump. I know the guy and he has taken great care of it, keeping the oil changed and keeping things loobed. it's 16 yrs old. I have been using it periodicly and it runs like a champ. What should i offer. Thanx.

Its worth more to me cuz its all I could afford at this time.
