Just wanted to Wine !!

This one of my hobbies that has turn into a labor of" Love and Spirits". I have to say it comes out very intoxicating (great). This process is a great joy for the people envolved and for our family and friends who get a sip. Each year we get more creative and cocky, the wine gets better!! The passion associated with wine making is unique and you become part of a brotherhood like woodcare. Salute'!!!

I think I have some pretty good label shots for the bottles.! One shot is the stems and the other is the cellar with the goods in" Tommy Johns". The process takes a year and starts over. Plans are already in the works. During the year there are Rackings which is a process of filtering the wine ( for lack of a better word). About a 130 gallons......
