Dirt and Dust

Hey guys, I was just wondering something. In my part of Michigan, mildew and mold are not as big of a problem as dirt and dust are. Believe me, I have seen some mold and mildew though, but my question was this: On houses that don't have mildew problems, if I loose the bleach and just use simple cherry, will that do the trick or should I just bleach anyway?

I have found that in our area there is almost always some kind of mold or mildew on a house. SH is an excellent cleaner, and I personally wouldn't cut it out of my house wash. Given the small cost of SH, why are you trying to eliminate from your mix?

You can just use less, we use anywhre from a 1/2 gallon to 3 gallons in our Xjet 5 gallon bucket mix. Mold & mildew usually is everywhere, you just might not see it yet
