Need Help please
Help please
Hello all I am new to the grime scene does anyone have any tips,help, etc.. On ways that I can enter this hard Commercial Janitorial industry (interior cleaning). I started a my cleaning buisness back on 2008, since then I haven't being able to enter this market. I tried alot of advertising around (Southwest Orlando & Central FLA) done face to face, looked around new construction for possible prospects, etc.. but no luck. After trying diferent things I ventured into looking to take over a sub-contract and was lucky to be at the right place at the right time and landed a restaurant nightly interior cleaning account from someone who could not keep the contract going and wanted to sale, but haven't being able to land another account on that market either SINCE. Does anyone have any suggestions as to how to get buisness for commercial janitorial (interior) and or restaurant (interior) nightly cleaning on this rough economy? or Does anyone know of any possible job leads or subcontract work in the orlando, FL area. Hi there,
I work for a store that sells OneRestore. This afternoon I was looking for videos on youtube for our website. Here are some that I found when OneRestore was called SafeRestore. I have been testing it on different buildings an applications. Works great in the shower, on windows, and on concrete. The cleansol made by eacochem too we sell at our store. It is a great neutralizer for the OneRestore so you don't have to hose it all off quickly.

(From the eClean Magazine Blog page) A Virginia trial-court recently ordered Yelp to reveal the identity of seven anonymous reviewers complaining against Hadeed Carpe Cleaning in Washington. The carpet cleaning service then sued the reviewers for libel and defamation.The libel suit claimed that the seven anonymous complaints came from the seven defendants, who were actually Hadeed's competitors rather than real customers. Alexandria Circuit Court Judge James Clark determined that because Hadeed claimed the seven reviewers represented themselves under false pretenses, it met the standard of the state law that allowed for disclosure of their identity.
Yesterday, Yelp and Public Citizen Litigation Group filed an appeal, contending hat Judge Clark's ruling did not meet the Virginia statute hat requires the disclosure of anonymous names when their identity is central to claims against them. Public Citizen claims the Virginia isn't clearly defined. They also state that other states with more clearly defined laws have had rulings that disagree with Judge Clark's.
"Every other appellate court has held, whether under the First Amendment or under state procedures, that anonymous defendants are entitled to demand that the plaintiff make a factual showing, not just that the anonymous defendant has made critical statements, but also that the statements are actionable and that there is an evidentiary basis for the prima facie elements of the claim," the brief said.

cleaning concrete driveways
just starting my own buisness pressure cleaning in australia and was wondering do any of you guys use any chemicals while cleaning concrete driveways...is it necessary to use a chemical ,as i have done a few already and they seem to come up alright.also what is the best procedure to clean mould or moss of pavers. im looking at buying a whirlaway but my machine only pumps out 14 litres a minute which would be 3.696 gallons per minute.do any of you recommend a certain size whirlaway or my machine just wouldn,t run one.sorry for sounding dumb on the subject but like i said just starting out and sick of mowing lawns so im trying something new.whirlaways a really hard to get hold of in australia.i priced one the other week ,i think it was a 21" and he wanted $900 for it. im not paying that much.is there somewhere in the states that sell them cheaper.

Chinese KEC...good idea/bad idea?
I just took on a Chinese chain acct. they want the exhaust hoods cleaned quarterly, after 30 man hour on the first job Im debating whether or not this was a good choice... The bells and ducts appears to have been over looked on the previous cleanings and was where we spent the majority of our time, but the hood it self was a snap. Is this normal? The facility Mgr. assures me that once down to metal and cleaned on schedule these shouldn't take more than 8 man hour to clean. Any ideas?

need help chemical injector not drawing
I have machine with 3500 psi and 8gpm with gp fixed 3-5gpm injector..my problem is it was working fine but all sudden injector stop working after or during one job. I have checked the spike before injector and its 400psi but checked it right before the gun and its about 1000psi of pike..not sure if that's norm.,any that can give me tips on what to check? Safe Roof Wash
I have been working my way into Roof Washing business and have done about 30 roofs. My problem is I am always so nervous about damaging flowers and grass, etc. I am using in a 60 gallon tank, 60 percent 12.5 Bleach, 35 percent water and two bottles of 91% alcohol and some laundry soap. ANY HElP out there for Me. I would really appreciate GOOD Solid advice. ThaT is VERY effective for folks.

Der Beitrag in der Reiserücktrittsversicherung ist recht minimal, eine Jahresversicherung rechnet sich schon ab der 2. Reise im Jahr. Die Aufwendungen der Reiserücktrittsversicherung orientieren sich vordringlich an der Höhe des Reisepreises und er Reiseart.
