  6. week in hell

That's the first thing that jumps out at me. It will be there until the deck is redone... Always go up and down the board with the grain. Always do the whole board. Turn the Makita waaay down. I run mine on like 2....or 3... I have girlie arms.... ;) Beth

  15. Using Feature/Benefits to prequalify customers

Hi Daniel, I have spent many years in sales before this...and I have a question for you. When you are in front of the customer do you spend more time talking, or more time listening? That's my first question. My second question is, would you say you make more statements when you speak, or do you ask more questions when you speak. I look forward to your answers. Your answers may be the key to your problems. We'll see. I would love to help you be a better salesperson. Feel free to call me too if you like. Beth :cup: today's cup has cocoa...:cup:
  16. Who has a copy of the yellow pages?

Consumers look in different places to find people. Some never use the book, others use it all the time. Have a great weekend! Beth

  22. Soda blasting in SC

Hi Dennis, It might just be that soda blasting is not something many have tried here. We have done cob and glass blasting, but not soda. What we do is on wood. Soda probably would work well on boat hulls. I did see a demo once where it took paint off of a car but it was very slow. I think Tom Vogel at ACR has a soda blasting contact. He can be reached at 610-253-8005. Beth p.s. no you don't smell....
  23. Who has a copy of the yellow pages?

We keep the books we get for a year and then recycle them. Sometimes they do get used to look something up. The nice thing about the phone book is it has a longer shelf life than a newspaper ad does, although both work very well. Beth
