What are your temps like down there? I am envious of warm weather right now. We had snow flurries driving both to and from the ACR round table. Beth
  2. Airless Sprayer Tip

I agree. It's hard to get a quality job and manage the product you are applying if you have too much to work with, running off faster than you can work with it. Just leads to sloppy results, and wasted product. Beth
  3. Yeah those are the best!!!! Time to get ready to fry up that Turkey. Have a GREAT Thanksgiving.

  4. Great seeing you Rick! :sunshine:

Hi Adrian! Good to see you, hope you are well. :) Beth
  8. Ok, we should all learn how to use our 'wand's; Make sure you have the correct nozzle on your wand or it won't reach the higher up windows. I suggest the dark arts nozzle-red #1. Guaranteed to destroy dirt (or anything else that gets in the way). For those in the advanced class whip out your rotating nozzles as this will get you more dramatic cleaning (or destruction if you are a novice pretending to be an advanced wand artist .. take your pick) We shall start with the flick and swish method. It ends with a snap of the wrist as you point your wand at the item being cleaned. Now speak the incantation 'Scourgify' at the point just before the flicking of the wrist. Didn't work? Bugger dude! Sucks being a muggle doesn't it? Rod!~
  9. The topic of this thread: Any suggestions on how to leave windows looking clean after pressure cleaning a house I am amazed no one mentioned a squeegee! Rod!~

  12. I have a photo somewhere....but it was small, and getting up to it and cleaning in a small space with a pressure washer was a pain in the butt as I recall... Beth
  13. Strangest wood job we have done was a tree house. Not a playset, but a tree house way up in a tree. Beth
  14. Yeah Mathew Johnson did an outhouse.....now that you mention it... Beth
  15. Sorry Marko - it won't let me change the smiley - I tried. Beth
  16. Did you seal them with anything? Or is the wood bare? I would finish if you didn't. Cool job! We love wood care, and that is a unique job! Thanks for sharing it here. :) I'm going to add it to the wood care forum. Beth
  17. Defective Pressure Hose

I have not had fitting blow off but I have had a hose that after 6 weeks blew holes in the length at different places. It had a smooth jacket and 1 wire. It was a deal but now it is out of service. If you had fitting blow off, the hose was incorrectly rated. ie; 3000psi hose rated at 4000psi. Rod!~
  18. How do you like your Turkey?

Wow! Thanksgiving is right around the corner. Beth
  19. Got a tooth ache?

Yeah, you probably filled the cavity so that air cannot get to the exposed nerve. Now you gotta hope that your 'remedy' does not lead to it becoming infested...you know, where your face swells up and you get sick and eventually...well, you get the idea I'm sure. I suggest going to a dentist and skip the 'remedy'. It will only make things worse. Rod!~
  20. cold water or combination?

All our units are hot water capable. Wouldn't have it any other way. :) Ours are HydroTek units and we love them. Beth
