What do you like least about wood care? I'm making this a poll, but I think elaboration in the thread is in order....

We let the customer know that the wood might dry different shades in places.

am I the only person attacked by several wasp nest every year? or how about staining around a pool deck on a 100+ day and your customer specifically complained that the last guy went swimming, so I got the job.

That most companies who make products for wood care are basically clueless about wood restoration and the durability of there own products. The most competent people I've talked to over the years have been at TWP and ABR. There are good people working at different places but there is such a lack of knowledge out there concerning wood care.
