Hello everyone. Just wanted to introduce myself, my name is Brian Velarde and I am the owner and operator of Kleen Sees Window Cleaning out in So. California. I also do pressure washing, mostly house washing and some flat work on residential. Thank you to everyone who post on this message board. You have saved this newbie lots of headaches and money. I have learned so much just using the search button. Hopefully, someday I can be at the level that some of you vets are, to contribute some good professional advice.

Yes indeed. Still warm out here. Yesterday was in the upper 80's, took a dip in the ocean and it was 69 degrees. Pretty warm.
