Has anyone read the rules for the machine give away at the Hot and Mighty weekend shindig. Even if you win it they reserve the right to not give it to you. I guess if only three people attend they have an escape clause.

I wouldn't do it like that (the drawing), it is a violation of sweepstakes and give-away rules.

it specifies that you cannot take money for the purpose of a giveaway and have any arbitrary exclusions or non-specific exclusions. It therefore becomes a form of racketeering.
