Striping Caked On Failed Thompsons Water Seal-F-18

Question

Hey guys,

It's finally my SPRING BREAK!!!!! I have a couple bids to do this week and one project. Its a little deck that they want done asap so they can start enjoying spring, the rest of the project can wait until summer. There is some previous damage because they told me flat out that they tried doing it themselves years ago, and now the finished has failed bad. It is 10-15year oldish ptp with failed thompsons water seal. Take a look...

That should be a cake walk. Although in looking at the pics it appears to be a grey semi transparant almost - not just weathered. Kind of has the whitewashed look.

The floor is probably shot..... the bench to me is what appears to maybe have a grey stain on it. Hard to say for 100% though from pictures. Should be pretty easy still. I would try 13oz per gallon and downstream it.
