Split Rail Fence

Hey guys working on a bid that includes about 500 linear feet of split rail fence. They want it cleaned and (their words) 'waterproofed'. This is part of a bid for about 40 buildings, wash, roof and gutters.

I don't do wood, but need to in this case, any ideas for a method and any help on pricing would really be appreciated.

Wash with a house wash mix to remove the green. Apply a cheap waterproof coating. These are a PITA to clean and seal because of the irregular surfaces and having to get under the rails. You'll have to do the pricing on your own, as I don't like to give out numbers on the BBS.

Since it doesn't have that much wood to it, try measuring by the linear foot or by the number of section, and have a price per section. Just a thought.
