There are advantages and disadvantages to it, but if i don't like what I am getting I am not under contract, and I get no penalties. That is what my service does, though. Thats pretty good pricing Scott. I did the same thing and used Unifirst when we had the dry clean delivery business. My only complaint was time issues. Everytime we hired a new driver it took almost a month to get him suited up. They did switch us from pants to shorts every summer for free though.
