Vehicle Accident Clean-up

Question

Residential customer called to have us clean this mess up. Vehicle roll-over in his driveway while he was out of town.

Transmission fluid, oil and grease sat on the concrete for 5 days.

1. Who's going to pay you? The property owner? The property owner's insuranse? The roll-over's insurance?

2. What are the expectations, how much oil can you remove?

'Los,

#1.... you should learn how to park. Look at the mess you caused. ( Park right side up next time.)

#2.... you should never work in sandels as in the pic. ( Not much of a company representation with that tacky uniform).

#3.... I am just kidding and your work looks " killer" as always.

newlook what did you use and how did you clean it ??

Danny,

Used a product called EnviroBioCleaner - EBC for short. 1 gal of EBC to 2 gal of water in a pump up sprayer. Sprayed it on and let it dwell for 15 minutes. Surfaced cleaned and then rinsed.
