There are many people who read and never post. Some are new, some are not. In the spirit of continuous improvement, we would like to know why you lurk and don't post. Is there something that can be done to encourage participation?

My name is Shannon and I'm a lurker. It started with just one lurk, then I couldn't help myself....oh sorry, wrong forum.

I am a newbie to this forum, and it is ture that I lurk alot but it's mainly to get a feel for the way things work around here. Kinda learn the ropes so to speak. I will post and contribute my opinions,(my wife assures me I have enough to go around).
