I was reading the paper today and saw that a former employee was shot by the local police a couple of days ago. It breaks my heart. He was a really nice guy, and was pleasant to be around, he just could not work at the pace that I needed for him to, and he agreed.
It seems that he was driving eratically and a couple of different people called 911 on him. When the police caught up to him while he was changing a flat tire, he pulled a gun on them and said he was going to cap them. It turned out to be a BB gun.
It kind of gives you pause to think taht someone could let their life go down the drain so quickly...
