I have been doing well with my closing ratio this year.... So far 80% ( I even raised prices) the 20% I have lost have ALL been wood bids.

No wood yet this year.

My price to do wood is high to make it worth my time and I can't compete with the "water only" blasters.

Correction.... I did a quick Deck wash for the housing Authority for my contact over there that I have yet to see a check for.
