Anyone Cleaning Walgreens Stores?

I have been asked to give a bid on a few Walgreen Drug Stores. Anyone have any experience with them? Areas they want cleaned and looking for an estimate are: 1. Storefront with exterior windows & Sidewalks, 2. Pharmacy Drive Thru and windows, 3. Exterior of building including roof & exterior windows, 4. Front tower Cleaning, access through roof back door, clean cobwebs and interior tower windows, 5. Garbage enclosure cleaning. Anyone out there already cleaning these in your area?
