Don M. 14 Report post Posted May 13, 2008 Gotta raise our rates! I agree Terry. I just raised prices roughly 4% on my silver plan house wash. I'm going to go off topic a bit here, but this year has started off pretty good for me. The last couple of years were very challenging to say the least, with last year seeing my business become the Titantic. This year I have adapted to the higher price theory, and its working. Marketing cost are controlled WAY better than last year. My marketing got out of hand, and it just didnt return the results I needed. My closing rate could improve some, right now I'm at roughly 38% but $ wise I'm a few more hundred more than where I was last year. Raise those prices!
