Don Phelps 85 Report post Posted June 25, 2008 We have a new smoker sitting on the deck in the backyard and I'm itching to try it out, but we've always grilled. Don, glad to see you are checking out the other forums. There is just so much good info. there that it's unbelievable. Thanks for all the compliments. The plan for the leftovers is to slice them into steaks, about 1 inch thick, and throw them on a hot grill for a few minutes.
