Not much to go off of dimensionally but I'm going to call it in the $4200 range. Looking at this house pic I can see about 22' of the deck width so it all depends where it ends :)

Matt,

It would be tough estimating your project by photos. The variables are too many. The condition of the wood, figuring the exterior over the water, etc. I would take a long look at the project, figure in all the variables, add for difficulty and profit. This would get you a good project.

Let us know how it goes. Thank You.

I agree. Lots to take in account on this one. Especially the enviromental issue if being so close to the water.

We closed the deal.... Spoke with DEC about environmental concerns, they have all been addressed. Housewash and wood came out to about 7K plus the stain. The homeowner will decide tomorrow on stain. It looks like AC Driftwood Grey.

Definately tough to judge off of just pics especially when you can't see it all. What were your sq ft numbers on that job Matt? The house alone looks pretty large :)

Matt,

Real nice lake front property, a window cleaner's dream. Real nice job. That is a whole lot of wood but the prep looks fairly easy. Don't know spit about house washing and pricing, but it would seem you will be well compensated, certainly for the wood.
