Richard 17 Report post Posted August 27, 2009 I was asked to wash just this, and just that. What a pain, but the customer is a big commercial client so I did. Of course now they say. WOW. Oh, I guess you better do all of it. Funny how it goes some times.

0 Rick2 42 Report post Posted August 27, 2009 Gotta love the way concrete looks after a good cleaning. Maybe you can sell the roof later.
0 Mike B. 14 Report post Posted August 27, 2009 Concrete looks great! Did you wash that side of the house? The gutters still make it look dirty.
0 Richard 17 Report post Posted August 27, 2009 (edited) They only wanted the trim that's getting painted, a back patio and the membrane in the pic. That's why I now have to go back and wash the half I haven't done yet. At least then when I've done the roof and gutters I'll still have a good after pic. Edited August 27, 2009 by Richard
0 Paul Kassander 26 Report post Posted August 27, 2009 Nice work, no more algae... Was that all a membrane roof? If so I am surprised they didn't put something down for the patio furniture, they may develop some holes or tears soon.
0 Richard 17 Report post Posted August 27, 2009 (edited) I don't think that gets used much. But yes, thats a membrane of some kind. Roof 1/2 washed. We'll go back tomorrow. I think it'll take a couple hits. Edited August 27, 2009 by Richard

0 Barnes 14 Report post Posted August 30, 2009 This happened to me the other day, a customer who owns a bunch of rental homes just wanted 1/2 a house washed... as soon as he saw that 1/2 we ended up doing the rest.

0 Richard 17 Report post Posted September 1, 2009 Nice view today. The roof needed another bath of Love. So I decided to snap a pic. We have now been there for two 3/4 days and a two have days. Could have gotten in done in two full days if we weren't trying to do a half wash, and the wind of the lake one day was to much for doing the roof.
