What are you doing now to get ready for the 2010 season? How are you spending your winter/snowed in time?

Outside of Plowing and Deicing we're establishing the home shows, printing off some new literature and getting all the ducks in a row. First show is Feb 20th... I always felt that to be a little early as people are not in the Spring is here mindset but it something to do to kickstart 2010 :)

We had to cancel a home show that was this weekend. No one is going anywhere tomorrow around here. :( Oh well, we'll spend those marketing dollars on another activity! ;)

Getting my advertising is place, procedures in place for expected employees (a first!), new trailer lettering, looking for a used 20-24 inch surface cleaner, new tag line, ect.

I joined every org...I'm networking with customers through the orgs. Its giving me insite on who's doing well and whos not. Learning to cater to the customers wants and needs in this economy.

I am new to the forum, but have learned a lot as I am getting back into the business due to cut backs in my industry. I have purchased products from PressureTek and am retrofitting my trailer as well as marketing materials and forms. Thanks for posting great info as you all inspire and teach.
