ready seal

i was wondering if ready seal is better on pretty new wood rather than a 10 yr old deck? i have been using twp for the past 6 yrs and used ready seal today for the first time. it just didnt look right at all to me when i was done. i used medium brown and it looked faded as it was drying. I was excited the local pressure washing store started stocking ready seal and now that i try it im not so sure.

i did do both, thats what is confussing me. i know RS soaks into the wood better than TWP, so i figured one coat would be fine. i hardly ever have to put two coats with TWP.

Who is carrying ReadySeal?

From what I understand it is what of those build up and looking better over time like some women things....

you only did one coat on 10 year old pressure treated? Thats your problem right there

i did put two coats, i had to it didnt look like i put anything on hardly the first time.

10 year old wood will drink it up. how did you apply it ? two coats an hour apart??

Fill the wood up until it looks good . Gallon per 100 sqft ,new wood less, thick boards more.
