any one heard of/ used steri-fab for house washing???

a family member was a property manager for a H.O.A. they put the complex out to bid. A contractor from Conn put in a proposal to use pressure was the buildings that are vinyl siding the contractor said he was going to use Steri-fab to kill the mold and mildew and was going to give a one year no re growth warranty . does any one have experience or ever heard of this?

I don't think of this product as an industrial grade product.

It is targeted towards consumer home applications and in small quantities.

The use of this product in conjunction with anything we normally use for housewashing would

Create huge gas release problems and chemical reactions.

Mold and algae typically does not regrow within a year if the siding is cleaned well enough.

go ahead and offer your own warranty if you like.

We tell our customers to look for maintenance washes every 2 years or more on the sides that need it the most.

Yea I would pass on the stuff, I put my wash up along their wash any day!!

Use a good cleaners and it will stay clean for awhile.
