Anyone know what these spots are? Insect fecal matter?

I went to go look at a potential job this morning.  The home is a lake house with lots of spider webs up high and these little hard dots that almost feel like a plaster or drop of concrete on the stucco exterior.  Does anyone know what this is and if it can be safely removed from a stucco surface?

Was there any mulch on the ground near these spots?

This was in an entry way and on a garage door near some landscaped areas with some bushes and palm trees.  There may have been some mulch there.

Insect poop would be a breeze.  Little doubt that it is artillery fungus, that is near impossible to remove.  Often the cause is lower quality mulch.

If there is blood in  the ejaculate  you could have a prostrate problem ? bleach will take care of staining

Jim is entirely correct.  Read that somewhere once.  Can't remember the source.  Incipient Alzheimer's. NaOCl is a wonder chemical.
