    • Liability insurance - POLL

Question

HOT POLLS- ***,TCN,TGS & PWNA

Here are some hot polls from other BBS.

Vote on your favorite.

Make comments positive and not negative. This is not a contest but just a community effort to have different views in these threads from people in different forums.

I picked these sites because all admins post on them and they are the most professional forums on the web. All the admins are pros and share the betterment of the industry as a whole.

Remember if you vote you should look at the other threads and make a determination on your favorite. Not the best but the one that gave you the most insight and knowledge.

Keep in mind that your opinion is just that; please do not make the comments personal against anyone.

Thanks, Ron ********** AKA: Ron Marshal

Thats the quick links if you would like to see how others voted on different BBS.

At this time I was not able to post the poll on PWNA. They do not allow just anyone to post polls and i was not aware of that. I have asked for it to be posted and it might be up and i will update the link when able.

I dont think the Industry has stayed the same, TGS has raised the standards almost single handed. The wood industry stands on its own feet, many look at it as a real proffession separate frm the painting industry because its a restoration business not just a guy repainting something that needs it.

The care involved into this industry has change dramatic.

With the national insurance agency regonizing certain org Iteka,PWNA and others as real spots to seek training an knowledge the orgs will take another leap forward. When discounts will be given or manditory use of these contractors by insurance Co will give customers discounts an reduce liability. this happened rececntly, leaders in the kec are fighting for regulation.

This will truly set real contractors apart from the hacks...

Educations & training is powerfull....more powerfull than web presence.

Ken...yes...in a lot of ways it has stayed the same also....interesting isn't it?

I disagree with you an Ken, the industry is nothing like it was even two years ago. of course you guys have only been around a few, so seeing like vetrans is status you wont have for another 5 years or so.

Ken of all people know that most new guys fail at there business with in the first 5 years.

Carlos, hows the landscape business you worked for? Are you still working there?

I think before you can address this subject both of you would need more experience.

Yet has also stayed the same. :lildevil:

I guess this question might be laughable to someone who has not been doing it 6 or 7 years.

The industry over the years has been changing an evolving. I think nothing is the same, its truly not laughable but just my own opionion.

Instead of downing others views, is its possible you might accept others may have differ opionions?

Have a nice day, hope your Biz is doing well...
