New Truck

Question

After 2 weeks of kicking it around, I finally gave in and traded my baby in for a more 'mileage friendly' truck. I'll miss her, but not the $200/month in gas she was drinking.

The new Lariat will help ease the pain......It's sweet!

6. Sure, I may get more life out of the diesel, but after you factor in the added cost of the engine, the fuel, and the maintenance, am I really ahead all that much?

Yea bigtime(Just playing with ya Mike). Diesel rules Gas Drools(My girls love saying "Girls Rule boys drool")

Why'd you get a welding truck Scott??

Nice truck Don!! I love those King Ranches.....I too am thinking of getting a new truck here soon, they seem to have the 6.0's worked out, and are getting a new motor next year.....so that would be three more years of being the guinea pig. I am going to just get a lariat with the 20" rims, though I do love the KR. One thing--I've heard a lot of guys complain about the fact that the KR leather fades badly (it does), but I heard a few guys swearing by a product called "Buffalo Butter"......comes from out west, they use it on saddles, etc. Anyways, this stuff is supposed to keep the seats supple and from fading.

My affinity for trucks did me in again yesterday. I woke up with the intentions of buying a new mower, but I came home with this.

One of my lady property managers just bought one of those Kings and I took a ride in it. Very sweet truck, very nice interior. As she said it was a present to herself and her dream truck. Congrats enjoy the ride
