Jarrod, How easy is the TWP to maintain? Can it just be washed lightly and recoated? I just looked at a deck that has TWP gold on it and the customer wants the flats recoated. She said it's been 2yrs, the deck still looks great.

Staying busy. Did a couple of decks last week and a lot of late night commercial stuff. Some renovations, tile cleaning, kitchens, etc.

Been working with concrete overlay systems and vertical wall stuff.

I finally got a few days to relax, we went diving on Florida caves and pulled a muscle in my back. Just getting better now.

We're heading to Bikini Atoll in a couple months for some really deep wreck diving.

thanks Jarrod. Could someone that works with TWP give me some insight on the maintenance of a TWP finished deck. I have never worked with it and I have a new customer that is looking for maint. Can you just wash and recoat or does it have to be stripped everytime you do maintenance??? And what would you wash it with?? This just for the flats
