Wife decides that I (husband) will paint jr's room, wife picks colors, hubby starts, 2 coats of cake batter on 1 wall and ceiling (blue on the other 3) and after 1hr still looks shady, flat paint yes, and now going for 3 coats plus jr's little caryon fest blue of course bled through and now a third coat is required if that dose'nt work off to HD to get primer and start all over again. aaahhhhhh damn wife.

Buy some stain blocker, it's for crayon and crap like that. Just apply it where needed instead of priming whole room.

Make sure you buy yourself a new tool and tell the wife you need it to finish the job. After so many new tools she'll quit asking.

After painting 1 bathroom 3 times cause she didnt like each color that she picked, I make her do all the painting now. Ill do the cut in and help a little, but she does most of the work. Now she doesnt change colors so often.
