Thecleanernetwork.com is gone

Question

I have been told that TCN (thecleanernetwork.com) owned by Steve Rowlette is gone. Steve and others put a great deal of their time into that board and really gave of themselves to help others out there. Thank you Steve for all you did.

Beth

I am still around for those folks that feel the need to talk with me.

Thanks for all that supported me over the 12 years I was in business. I still have many friends from being in the business that I still talk with. True friends are there for life.

I've known Steve and his products for years now. While I will miss TCN, I know Steve is happy in his current pursuit. I wish him the best. As for his products, there are several that I use on a regular basis, so it is nice to know they will still be available.

Thanks again Steve for all of your efforts to educate pw's around the country. Many of us learned this trade through you and the many roundtables that you supported - you always gave more than you got. In addition, you gave us married folks a reason to go to Hooters without having to explain to our wives. lol

I'll never forget the first RT I went to a few years back. I had only talked with Steve on the phone, he told me to meet him at Hooters the night before the RT and that he was the guy with the ZZtop beard. Walking up to the entrance my stomach churned with nervousness, I was a scared to death new guy going to meet up with his peers and I didn't know crap. As soon as I walked in the door I spotted Steve across the crowed room, the hostess asked me "how many were in my party" and I said "I'm with the ZZtop looking dude over there with all the women around him".....lol.

The rest is history.

I have been very busy with my restaurant and the new baby boy (Jan 12, James Cooper Bruno) But I just realized Steve's board was gone. Steve taught many of us what it meant to be a powerwasher, and he certainly helped me get started and stay in business. I will always be indebted to THE CLEANER NETWORK and Steve Rowlett.

I'm sorry to hear that Steve is out of business. I learned ALOT from him and others over there when I was first starting out. On one occassion, I ordered packing kit for one of my pumps. I had never replaced packings before, so he thoroughly talked me through it over the phone. He then shipped me his personal slide hammer and packing installation tools so I could do it myself. I'm sure others have stories like mine. The industry has definitely lost a stand-up guy. Good luck in the future Steve.
