Question

I am looking for any help trying to get in the food service Industry (Poultry and Peanuts). I have a couple of places to do demo's, but don't the lingo inside the plants. I would like to know what chemicals are used to clean with and how much they cost. what kind of ratio (man hour vs. sodablaster). What chemicals are used in a poultry waste water treatment center. Do they use bugs too? Moreless how can i save them money...Thank you

Up here the cleaning in the food industry is done more with dry ice. Nothing to clean up other than what you were off. No change in the PH. And in a lot of cases. You don't even have to shut the machines down.

First off what are you going to clean? The rendering line, the processing line or the packing line? Each has diffrent rules fromt he FDA as far as what you can use and the degree of "clean" you need to clean to.
