Here comes the calls

Spring is here and the pollen is a fallin, I'm getting EXCITED !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The calls started about a couple weeks ago and are getting more every day.

Yellow pages calls are quite a few of them. I wasnt going to put in YP ad after this year, but the big hospital annual contract I got was from YP a small hotel job and some houses & roofs and a call today from a church for their steeple & building

The one call from the hospital not counting the building could pay for YP ad for over a decade, Thats why I would just hate to not get YP ad and miss out on these calls

Like I said I'm getting excited!!! but a little worried also. I have a TON of property managers calling for the past month and many just this past week, we are now doing a ton of pool areas & clubhouses but many of them are saying as soon as the pollen stops they are going to want to start cleaning their properties. My luck I'll have them all call and want it all done at the same time. NO PROBLEM Ha Ha

about time Spring has sprung, 80 degrees today and pollen everywhere!

I bumped my residential houses & roof pricing up quite a bit and out of about 15 or so calls I got6 jobs so far.

I'm starting to feel like the KING again lol. my #'s were a little down compared to last year, but we'll make that up and then some for the rest of this year

Even though you are a political junkie of the wrong stripes, we gotta' love 'ya. You have to be the most capitalist socialist ever encountered.

But your constant enthusiasm and carefree attitude is refreshing for us older, "we're going to live off your children's labor" generation. Keep at it, and you'll soon be king of all the Carolina's! And well deserved. Go get 'em tiger!

I like the calls also, lots of them. Only thing is some of them want the work done yesterday. I had a contractor call this morning at 7am, I saw him about noon. He wanted 90 decks and 24 patios, all small done this evening. We did the patios and will do the decks next week.

I love pressure washing. Business has already doubled this year with several regular cleaning contracts with large chain stores, and I'm adding and selling more and more everyday. All the time and work is finally starting to pay off. I'm glad to see everybody else is doing just as good!

I was all ecited to start next week and my employee who I guaranteed 40 hrs a week of pay wether I have the work or not will start next week. Unfortunately we just got dumped on with 6-8 inches and everyone is calling to reschedule. I guess Ill have some interior painting for him to do.
