Pressuretek Bob is awesome

I am very impressed with Bob at Pressuretek. I have always received my orders quickly but I ordered F-18 yesterday at 3:00, and Fedex has already been here this morning. More so, shipping was only $8. AND IT’S SATURDAY! I didn't even tell him I needed it right away.

I'm still waiting on a return phone call from a competitor that I left mid week.

Bob is a great guy, customer service is a MAJOR factor I consider with our business, fortunately haven't had any negative business dealings with RPC or PressureTek. Kind of puts pressure on others to step up to the plate, I ordered some WTW, everything I've heard of ESproducts....should share the page.
