Neil what you have could very well be some type of extractive bleeding. (as evidenced by acid removing most of it). The mold I am speaking of laughs at straight 5.5% and returns with a vengeance. I have never sugested nor tried 12%. I imagine that would be a death zone for even the most hardy strains or spores.

Kevin, I think the molecular difference between wood and concrete is of such consequence that it is not a valid comparison.
But let me re-read your posts, and check your links first...
I just don't think Scotty is doing platinum replacement of cellulose structure in the transporter anymore.
    But I could be wrong!

Dont confuse glass corrosion with hard water spots or possibly oxidation!
2 totally different things, all water spots are in relief on the glass, although oxidation is quite common it has nothing to do with corrosion, thats partly a BIG misconception.
Glass Corrosion takes place in an IG unit (insulated glass unit) not on the surface or..outside of the glass.
Corrosion will only take place on dual pane IG units not single pane glass.A faulty or bad seal in a unit is the result of glass corrosion time, temperture & stagnant enviroment is what causes it NOTHING else.
As for CC-550 a "hydrofluoric acid" be careful its nasty stuff and you run the risk of permanently damaging the glass by using it.
I'll explain more in depth later on so..everyone is up to speed!

Tmrrptr reacted to John T in New Org start up cost and yearly membership fee?
At the ACR roundtable on Nov17-18th there is a potential of a new org starting up in the not so distant future from that roundtable. For all I know it could start right then and there and come running out of the box.
This is a two part Question:
1-How much Money would a new org need to get off the ground? I say not that much if you have enough dedicated volunteers to help out with the creating and running the org. By using some of these volunteers talents such as them making websites free of charge to help promote the org this can be a great starting point. If people want to donate cash along the way that will be great also....The Key here is the people who will volunteer there services for the betterment of the org.
2-What should the starting membership price be??Should it be high such as $350 or should it be in the range of $100 so more can join and help the org offer more for its members sooner then just collection $350 with no real benefits.
Be Creative and let your vision flow here:sunshine:

    Hi Rich,
I don't know if it be considered a small diaphragm or not. Here's link to it: Wagner 4275 Paint Sprayer (Reconditioned) - Obsolete Items
The inverter I got is an Aims 2500 watt: 2500 Watt Modified Power Inverters
Got to go one step up in order to turn my compressor on.
I'm told problem with trying to run high amp motors off an inverter is they need upto like 3 times the continuous power.
This Wagner sprayer ran off my inverter in a quik test but haven't tested it in actual use for a length of time.
About the breaker flipping..unsure why this one customers kept flipping from the compressor. Was able to get it turning if I let air out of tank and line. Was weird like he had no amps. Have upgraded a few breakers out in the garage to run welder and spa but I hardly want to be messing in a customers box for small jobs.
But hey do you know how to setup a machine to run off house current when it's specs read :
    Voltage- 3x230V/60hz
    Phase- Single or Three Phase
    Amperage- 21.1A

    Frubals
Have you ever heard the phrase 'instant karma'? Frubals (sometimes known as 'reputation') are are a very close equivalent. Let's say, for example, you see a post that you really like. You can validate that person by clicking on the little square green icon (if using The Grime Scene skin) or the scale icon (if using TGS Lite skin) that appears in that post. (It's toward the right-hand side, up top). A pop-up message will come up, asking what you thought of the post and will have a blank space where you can write your thoughts on that post. The other member will have it noted in their "User CP" that someone thought that that post was worth "frubals", and if you enclosed a note, that will appear next to the notation. Sending Frubals with a note is also a nice way to say thank you to someone who helped you.
In your posts you will notice little squares under your user name. Mouse over them, and it will give you a message based upon your number of frubals. This changes as you get to new levels.
There are many terms used on the forums that denote giving someone frubals. Among them are "frubaling a post," "frubalizing someone," and "fruballed."
Here are some configuration numbers for you:
