Well part of the school was cedar but most of it was redwood as we discovered! Beautiful wood. Can't understand why the owner is so thoroughly uninterested in the wood...

Well, we could LOOK for wood....on the beach, in the ocean....in snorkeling gear....maybe there is some under the bottle of suntan lotion.....

What kind of flooring are you installing? I'm drooling over installing hard wood here too....
