    My estimates state "Waiting time that is not the result or our actions, will be billed at $75.00 per hour. If another trip is required that is not the result of our actions, that trip will be billed at $1.00 per mile and $75.00 per man hour."

    That tends to reduce the unneeded number of trips to the job site when tehy are not ready for us. A very nice clause, as our jobs may be 150 Miles away.

    I enjoy your posts, you seem pretty sharp for a flat worker.
