Let's see. I am firing up both grills. I have a 6 foot and a regular grill. On them there is going to be

1. Baby backs (12 racks)

2. Steaks (5 or 6 Large Proterhouses, and couple of sirloin)

3. Shrimp ( a couple or three pounds)

4. Chicken (Leg Quarters, probably about a dozen)

5. Salmon (two or three steaks)

6. Corn on the Cob ( a dozen ears, or so)

7. Zucchini. (try it, you'll like it, and I am not fond of green foods.)

8. Hot Dogs. (Some people like them.)

:lgbugeyes

We will also have about 20 or 30 close friends over. I hope there are leftovers. Maybe I will post pics to follow.

Joe and Adrian, I spent the weekend down on Matagorda Peninsula working on our cabin. Had an east wind till sunday afternoon. The wind died sunday night and the skeeters were hungry. Monday it finally switched to out of the north, but it was still around 100 and no rain. Hot and muggy, had to give it up till another weekend.

Scott we did a couple racks of ribs the other day in the smoker after boiling them up abit..yum, yum. I agree the corn and zuchini on the grill werks also!!

Other than that I been sick past couple day so just layed around doing nothing..well I did mow the lawn finally. Still having withdrawls from our SoCal vacation as well so we did not need to go do anythign fun. Apparently I hung around too many germy kids at the amusement parks is why I gt sick.

NO BOILING RIBS BEFORE SMOKING!!!!!!!!!!!!!

We'll forgive you for foiling them before the sauce. Your making us non-southern smoker dudes look BAD!!

1. Give some to the kids

2.Drink more during the week-your posting at 4 AM! Might help you sleep.

3. Use it in a brine for your pork

4. Give it to your wife, you'll get some then She'll fall asleep
