need help chemical injector not drawing
I have machine with 3500 psi and 8gpm with gp fixed 3-5gpm injector..my problem is it was working fine but all sudden injector stop working after or during one job. I have checked the spike before injector and its 400psi but checked it right before the gun and its about 1000psi of pike..not sure if that's norm.,any that can give me tips on what to check? We Always hand scrub the outside of the gutters and downspouts during a house wash. We perform a lot of gutter cleaning in the early spring and fall' date=' and never scrub the inside. We remove by hand the debris and clear out blockages. When possible, we also hydro-test downspouts. Surface Cleaner Lines
Hello, Has anybody ever had problems with their surface cleaners leaving stripes in the concrete. I have a M-T-M 28 inch cleaner and a 20 inch Whirlaway and both leave the same lines. any suggestions or experience with this problem would be great. Using pressure to remove unsightly surface stains, mold, and mildew from your siding or roof is a thing of the past. what to use? A gas power pressure washer or electric
Here it goes, I can tell you, that I have worked in the "Kitchen Exhaust" cleaning business since I was a teenager, starting with my uncle's company which was started in 1966, so needless to say I have been around, I have done every job there is in cleaning from the floor to the roof, was always looking for ways to make it easier, how I hated them old days with steel wool, rags, chemical and don't forget the Sheila shine, as my uncle would tell me, that is the most important part of the job.
So needles to say, I was so happy when I came up with the idea in 1987 to start using a pressure washer, it was hard to convince my uncle to change, as he was set in his ways, but convinced him, that was the way to go, also to had to persuade our customers whew them where the days.
As it is the norm today to use pressure washers, so which way to go, which one to use, I always thought the bigger the better, and wanted to impress our customers, we were sophisticated, but it doesn't mean a thing, if you don't do the job right, in some cases, you will need a hot powered pressure washer, but the majority of the time, you will be able to use the electric pressure washer, I am talking about a custom made one, which will cost you about 1,500.00 to 1,800.00, capable of 2,500 PSI, and can run 200 degree water thru it.
Much easier to carry and move, think of the space you will save, and the gas on top of that, just so many benefits to using a electric pressure washer, I could list them all, but if you are in the business, you will understand me.
But once again I will reiterate, no matter if you do by hand or pressure washer, you must do the job right to the best of your ability, no short cuts.
