I usually have 23 PW'ing rigs running at any given time, 9 residential window washing crews and 13 commericial crews (skyscrapers). 4 gutter installation specialists, 3 PR/salesman, 6 office personal, and me.... sitting on a beach somewhere drinking somthing fruity with an umbrella in the glass. Oh wait....thats me in about 20 years...

For the pressure washing end of PressurePros, Inc its two crews of two guys doing restaurants. (I hate that end of the business and am weeding myself out of it) I keep busy doing Comcast Cable collections until the weather breaks. With other business interests included we employ 10 full time, 6 part time.

Myself 2 fulltime one part timer. I actually got more work done this year than last year and we did it with less employees. Last year we hired labor pool guys quite a bit and had an extra fulltime guy for 6-7 months. Damn we're good

My man hrs were less with about 80K more in biz so far,

I hope next year to have enough work top hire another 2 man condo crew. We've been doing usually one good sized job a week I'd like to have enough work to do 2 good jobs a week. Been doing tons of proposals for 2007 season, keeping my fingers crossed
